SIX steps to create the improable with certainty
Donate. Deviate. Destroy. Drift. Dialogue. Display.

OUR HISTORY
Sylvain Bureau, a professor in entrepreneurship, and Pierre Tectin, an artist, met at a wedding in 2008. It was in France, and it was one of those very long French weddings.
After the “dance of the brioche”, drinking Champagne, they got talking about art, creation, politics and much more.
Since that day, they have been working together in many ways to mingle art and entrepreneurial practices. They launched the first Art Thinking workshop in 2011: Improbable.
Building on this first success, Sylvain developed the Art Thinking method, which draws from observing similar patterns in all types of creative activities, whether in art, science or entrepreneurship.
Year after year, Pierre and Sylvain saw the network grow around this learning journey. Thanks to their many encounters, they had the opportunity to create joint projects with artistic institutions like Centre Pompidou and Le Louvre in Paris, as well as academic institutions like Stanford University in the USA or Musashino Art University in Japan.
The coining of the term Art Thinking pre-existed Sylvain and Pierre’s approach. What they did was develop a systematic method to create the improbable with certainty. We will let you discover what it means – and how it feels.
Enjoy!
